Here is one piece gorgeous cotton curtain shade. It is Victorian balloon curtain style with lovely off white crochet lace edge. Very pretty ruffles down the hem make this beautiful drape even more soft and feminine. There are four level for adjustable height. It is made from nice soft cotton blend fabric. Very romantic and sensational! And high quality!!! Laying flat, the curtain measures about 59" (wide) x 71" (Height). pink base with crochet white lace the top and bottom. 100% cotton The balloon shade looks like full length flat panel curtain if it is completely lowered. To make scalloped shape and preferred length, just adjust the different level rings on the back of the curtains. (You can pull the ribbon ties on the back as below pictures to adjust the level.) I was using two panels on those pictures, this auction is only for one panel. It has pocket underneath and also can be used on window trails.
